Using the Google Maps API, I was able to integrate a mapping and routing solution to SMC Corporation which has over 5,000 different addresses. They previously had a page that only displayed the addresses of the subsidiaries and distributors in text form alone. I integrated Google Maps so that the user can click on the actual address and then get driving directions to the location. They are able to get these directions in any of five different languages and can also check real-time traffic stats depending on their location. This was coded using a combination of ASP .NET and dynamic Javascript that prints out and changes the map location. I also integrated the Street View component so users can see a real image of the surroundings.
